How do I place an order?
EverywhereMaps offers four ways to purchase products from our site:
- Order Online:
Fill in the required information on the order form that is supplied after clicking the "Buy" button. Please follow all instructions and read all information on each page. This type of online purchase does require your credit card information. - Order by Phone:

If you wish to order by mail we will require either credit card details, a money order or cheque, please contact us beforehand so we can put the item on hold and give you the total. Please include your full name, address, phone number, items requested and shipping option requested. If paying by credit card, include the full credit card number, expiration date and credit card holder's name. - Order by Email:

What methods of payment do you accept?
EverywhereMaps accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The customer's billing name and address should match the address and name listed on the credit card.
Money orders are accepted. Everywheremaps cannot ship an order until payment has been received. So please allow for some delay in shipping.
EverywhereMaps hereby reserves the right to refuse payment by credit card for any order placed.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed and shipped within two business days of EverywhereMaps receiving the order provided the item(s) is in stock and there are no problems with your order. If the item is out of stock we will attempt to contact you to let you know when you can expect to receive it. Please note however we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.
Please ensure all information given on the order form is accurate and valid otherwise your order may be delayed.
How will my order be shipped?
EverywhereMaps uses UPS and Canada Post for shipping.
We will ship using DHL or FedEx if you provide us with an account number.
EverywhereMaps only uses shipping methods that allow for package tracking.
How long will my order take to arrive?
EverywhereMaps cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.

How will I be contacted?
EverywhereMaps will send you a confirmation of your order by email. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24hrs please email or call us in order to avoid any further delays. (See below)
Please send any inquiries to admin@everywheremaps.com or call at 1-416-767-6277 and we will attempt to get back to you as soon as possible.
What if there is a problem with my order?
We will email you within 2 business days of receiving your order to inform you if there is a problem with your order. If we are not able to make contact with you either by phone or email, we will hold the order for a period of 10 days. Following that we will cancel the order.
Who is responsible for brokerage fees, international duties and tariffs?
EverywhereMaps is not responsible for any brokerage fees, duties or tariffs charged to your shipment.

What do you do with my personal information?
EverywhereMaps is always committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. No personal information gathered by EverywhereMaps will be supplied to external firms for marketing purposes or demographic studies. The information we receive from you will never be released to external parties for any reason.
What is your Return Policy?
We will gladly accept returns providing the product is in new condition and the product can be resold. A copy of the invoice/receipt is required along with the reason for the return.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of the product unless there are exceptional circumstances. We can only refund in full once we have received the returned items and they are deemed in good condition.
What about credit card Security on the Internet?
Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of our most important priorities. That’s why we use internationally recognized PayPal who automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and their servers.

When placing orders PayPal will verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. - In transit:
Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). - PayPal servers:
Your personal information is stored on our servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically.
What happens if your map is out of stock?
On occasion you may order a product from us that is out of stock. In this event we will contact you either by email or phone to let you know there may be a slight delay and when we expect its arrival.
